This program is directed at the Retail Loss Prevention Associate and applies basic handcuffing skills to detainment situations. (1 hour)

EAS Procedures

This course is designed to explain and demonstrate the proper procedures in responding to and tracking EAS system activation alarms. The course includes an overview of the components of an EAS system, expectations for the proper use and maintenance of both the system and the data generated by the system. (1 hour)

Interpretation of Behavior

Developed by Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, this course focuses on the analysis and interpretation of the various behaviors we all encounter during conversation or interaction with other people. In particular, the program focuses on those behaviors that may indicate deception. This course is ideal for all levels of management to enhance inter-personal communication skills and develop the ability to recognize and further explore areas of deception when interacting with an employee, a co-worker or a customer. Interview & Interrogation Techniques Review

This program has been specifically designed by Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates as a follow-up tool to their Interview and Interrogation Techniques seminar. This program will model the accusatory interview process, breaking it down into its fundamental components and skills sets. (45 minutes)
